Co-payments and co-insurance amounts are determined by your insurance company and based on specific plan benefits. Please check with your insurance company to see what your co-payments are prior to appointment.

Our regular hours are Monday- Friday (8am-5pm).
We do not schedule appointments between Noon-1pm because, our phlebotomist goes to lunch at this time, but the office remains open and we DO accept calls.

New patients should arrive 30 minutes early to their first appointment to fill out all necessary paperwork.
Yes, we provide routine vaccinations, annual wellness exams, sports physicals, and school physicals.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. You can cancel or reschedule by calling our office
Yes! Please call our office or request a refill through the patient portal. Refills may take up to 48 hours to process.
Yes, our trained phlebotomist will retrieve samples with expert precision and ease.
Patients will need an appointment for a new referral request. Please allow 5-7 business days for referrals to be processed. If it has been over 7 days, you can contact our office for an update.
Yes, you can pay your balance through the patient portal. Navigate to the patient portal by clicking the 'Patient Center' tab on the website menu at the top of the screen.
Yes, we do. You can all our office to schedule a same day appointment.
